TechnoMagnete Lifting Magnets

Professional grade, high quality with innovative design functions. DF 3:1.

The model range “MaxX” are the standard types for most applications. The magnets are isolated against other magenetic forces; e.g. if they come in contact during lifting with other metal objects NO loss in magnetic
power will result. Design factor is 3:1.

“MaxX”

The model range “MaxX E” weight much less than the their ‘regular’ cousin; compare table below. This suits better machine tool operators (larger boring mills, turning centers, lathes, etc.) as they are easier to handle. Design factor is 3:1.

MaxX E

The model range “MaxX TG” (TG stands for ‘Thin Gauge’) is used for lifting thin steel plate about 1/2 the thickness as required for the other above listed models. Design factor is 3:1.

Note: Rated Capacity applies to an air gap between load and lifting magnet and to the steel type being lifted; e.g. lifting cast iron capacity is reduced by 50%. Consult Technomagnete technical information literature.
